1)To use the vehicle in a proper and careful manner and to notify the owner immediately in
case of an accident.
2)In the case of negligence, (Example: driving the hired vehicle under the influence of alcohol
the hirer shall be liable to pay for the full cost of damages).
3)Vehicles must be returned clean and tidy or a minimum cleaning fee of €20 will be charged.
Some sand is to be expected in the car and it is very unlikely to avoid any, we just ask our
clients to reduce the amount of sand being deposited into the car.
4) Flat tires are to be changed by the client with a spare tire, which is provided in the boot of
the car. We can offer this service for an extra charge. Please report all flat tires so we can
replace them. In instances of a normal puncture, no charge for the damage will be incurred.
However, if the tire is torn, a fee is charged to replace the tire.
3) Payments can be made by cash in Euro, USD, Pound Sterling, SCR, or through debit and credit
card, with a 3.5% convenience charge if paying with Visa or MasterCard and a 5% convenience
charge for American Express.
4) Changes in drop-off/return location must also be communicated ahead of time (5
hours), failure to do so will result in a full day’s charge.
5) The customer has to be present at the time of pick-up and return. Existing damages have to
be recorded on the rental contract. The customer has to return the vehicle back in the same
flawless condition, in which he/she received it.
1. All our cars are insured with comprehensive insurance and we have a Collision Damage Waiver
of €800. Our insurance covers the driver and the other party in the event of an accident.
2. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance coverage is included in our rental rates, which
limits your financial liability in the event of an accident. We have an excess of €800 on all our
vehicles. This means that if you are renting a vehicle and it is damaged while in your care, you
are liable to pay only a maximum of €1 to €800 for repairing the vehicle, and we will cover any
amount above this.
3. Damages caused through drunk driving, gross negligence, disregarding of the rental terms, or
any other illegal activities are excluded from the insurance coverage. The renter will be fully
responsible for the damage to the car – the excess will not be applicable.
4. Debit and Credit cards must be provided to ensure insurance excess.
5. We do not block any deposit for the insurance excess on the debit and credit card provided,
though the renter must ensure that funds are available on the card in case of any damage
caused to the car.
